Committee on Public Information four-minute men enrollment and service cards, 1917-1919.

Fraternal section enrollment cards provide speaker's name; occupation; home and business addresses; telephone numbers; fraternal order or organization name; meeting place; other fraternal orders to which the speaker belongs; and the speaker's attendance at other orders' meetings. Labor union section enrollment cards show the speaker's name; occupation; union's name; local number; telephone number; speaker's home address and phone number. Monthly service cards for unions show the monthly report date; union name and address; speaker and speech statistics; attendance; subjects; and speaker signatures. Record also contains a file of four-minute applicants who were rejected or discontinued.
